DAMAGE OR FAULT CLAIMS
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving order
• Clear photos required
• Include order number
• Describe the issue in detail
WHAT WE COVER
• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty products
• Wrong items sent
NOT COVERED
• Damage during transit/shipping
• Change of mind purchases
• Used or opened products
• Items without proof of purchase
• Spray paint once accepted at pickup/delivery
• Damage caused after delivery
SHIPPING DAMAGE NOTE
• Urban Art Supplies is not responsible for items damaged during transit
• We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for transit damage claims
• Insurance claims must be made with the carrier
SPRAY PAINT SPECIFIC
• Must inspect at time of pickup/delivery
• Claims only accepted at time of collection
• No returns once accepted
PROCESS

• Description of issue
2. Wait for our response (1-2 business days)
3. Follow return instructions if approved
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
• Replacement of faulty items (if available)
• Refund if replacement not available
• Refunds processed within 3-5 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method

• All claims must include clear photos
• Keep original packaging until satisfied
• Final decision at Urban Art Supplies' discretion
